Countertops — Scope of Warranty
Natural stone typically comes with very limited — or no — warranty due to its inherent natural variations in color, texture, and potential flaws. Most warranties cover fabrication and installation defects only, not the stone material itself, and exclude damage caused by improper care or use.

Covered Items

- Adhesion & Secure Installation — Proper securing of the countertop to the cabinetry or base structure.
- Level & Even Installation — The countertop is installed level within industry tolerances.
- Sink & Fixture Sealing — Proper sealing is applied around sinks and fixtures to prevent leaks.

Keep Your New Surfaces Beautiful for Years
We appreciate your trust in us and hope you love your new countertops. Follow these simple care tips to maintain their beauty and longevity.
Care for Granite Countertops
Daily Care
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and mild dish soap.
- Wipe spills immediately — especially wine, coffee, and citrus — to prevent staining.
- Use coasters for drinks and trivets for hot pans to protect the surface.
Long-Term Maintenance
- Avoid harsh cleaners like vinegar, bleach, or ammonia, as they can dull the finish.
- Use a granite-specific cleaner occasionally for extra shine.
- Reseal your countertops every 1–2 years (or as needed). To test, drop water on the surface — if it absorbs quickly, it’s time to reseal.
- Always use a cutting board to prevent scratches and protect your knives.
Care for Quartz Countertops
Daily Care
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and mild dish soap.
- Wipe up spills immediately — especially coffee, wine, and citrus — to prevent staining.
- Use coasters for drinks and trivets for hot pans. While quartz is heat-resistant, extreme heat can cause damage.
Long-Term Maintenance
- Avoid harsh cleaners like bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, as they can dull the finish.
- Do not use abrasive scrubbers or pads that could scratch the surface.
- Quartz is non-porous and doesn’t need sealing — regular cleaning keeps it looking its best.
- Always use a cutting board. While quartz is scratch-resistant, sharp knives can still leave marks.
Care for Marble Countertops
Daily Care
- Wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and mild dish soap.
- Clean spills immediately — marble is porous and can stain, especially from wine, coffee, citrus, and oils.
- Use coasters for drinks and trivets for hot pans to prevent heat damage and etching.
Long-Term Maintenance
- Avoid acidic or harsh cleaners like vinegar, bleach, and ammonia, as they can dull and etch the surface.
- Use a marble-safe cleaner for deeper cleaning and shine.
- Reseal your countertops every 6–12 months to protect against stains. Test by adding water to the surface — if it darkens, it’s time to reseal.
- Always use a cutting board to prevent scratches and etching from acidic foods.
Care for Quartzite Countertops
Daily Care
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and mild dish soap.
- Wipe up spills immediately — quartzite is porous and can absorb liquids if left too long.
- Use coasters for drinks and trivets for hot pots to prevent stains and heat damage.
Long-Term Maintenance
- Reseal your countertops every 1–2 years to maintain stain resistance. To check, add a few drops of water — if they absorb quickly, it’s time to reseal.
- Avoid acidic or harsh cleaners like vinegar, bleach, and ammonia, as they can weaken the sealant.
- Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner for deeper cleaning and shine.
- Always use a cutting board to prevent scratches, even though quartzite is very hard.
